Hellraiser: Revival Skull Puzzle & Tongue Key
A fleshy mouth blocks the exit from Bruno’s office. The Tongue Key comes from the pinned skull on his desk, not from a numeric cabinet. Start here if those are the objects in front of you.
Identify the right object
Thumb Wars identifies two skulls on the desk and directs players to the one on the right. Inspect the pinned skull, rotate it to see the back and crown, and leave the mouth door for after the key is collected.
1. Hint: inspect before pressing
The pins are interactive. Keep a consistent viewing direction while comparing a written sequence with the skull.
2. Published sequences and their limits
For a defined starting view, PowerPyx instructs you to turn the skull so its face points away from you, then press left → back → right → top. Follow that viewing instruction with the sequence; do not combine it with another guide’s left/right labels.
Thumb Wars lists left → back → right → top; NoobFeed lists right → upper back → left → top center. GameTrek only says to press every pin. The descriptions do not establish the same viewing orientation. We cannot confirm whether the difference is perspective, a guide error or game behavior.
3. Collect the key and open the door
After the skull opens, collect the Tongue Key from its mouth. Return to the nearby mouth door and use that key. An open skull alone does not mean the key is already in your inventory.
If the sequence resets
Stop and compare the physical pins rather than alternating contradictory left/right instructions. The linked short clip is a visual reference for the key task; we have not verified it as a complete orientation tutorial. If the door still rejects the key, check the inventory first.
