Match the hallway paintings to the first keypad cabinet, after sneaking past Bruno.

This is the hallway cabinet associated with the painting plaques, not the later Great Fire painting in the mansion.
1. A small nudge
Look at the small plaques beside the paintings, rather than counting figures in the artwork.
2. Explain the clue
Two plaques carry abbreviated years: 99 and 01. The question is their order.
- Find the keypad cabinet and turn toward the paintings in the hallway.
- Read the plaques for Marlowe Succeeds and The Prophet’s Visions.
- Use the two two-digit years to form a four-digit entry.
3. Reveal the keypad answer
Insider Gaming reports 9901. PowerPyx lists both 0199 and 9901. If one is rejected, the other is a reported alternative; we have not confirmed why the sources differ.
