Hellraiser: Revival Endings — Accept or Decline?
At the final choice, “good” and “bad” can be misleading labels. This guide uses the actions that distinguish the two ending trophies; open the details only when you are ready for the final scene.
Before you make the choice
Retain your final save. PowerPyx’s PS5 launch guide reports that the final autosave can be reloaded to choose the other ending in one playthrough. Check that the save is present before relying on that route.
Reveal the two choices and trophy names
Accept the Cenobites’ offer by following them through the opening: Experience Beyond Limits. Decline by staying in the apartment until the opening closes: Human After All.
Save availability depends on difficulty and build. Do not assume that an autosave exists on Hard or Hellraiser; verify the actual save menu before the final decision.
Keep your completion record useful
Record which trophy actually unlocked before reloading. A checklist is only your note; it cannot recreate an overwritten save or prove that the game awarded a trophy.
